At the Costa Maya cruise-ship terminal, only cruise lines operate inside the complex. Unfortunately, local tour companies like Bacalar Experiences cannot offer pickup services or have representatives within the port. To join our excursions, you’ll need to exit the complex and meet us just outside the port area.
Starting from our designated meeting point outside the port complex, Bacalar Experiences tours offer a fantastic experience. After your excursion, we’ll ensure you’re safely returned to the main gate of the port complex.
Please be aware that you won’t find our representatives inside the complex, as they aren’t allowed. To locate us, refer to the detailed instructions, Google map link, and image map provided in your excursion’s email confirmation. If you haven’t received this confirmation, reach out to us at info@bacalarexperiences.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
