Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities! Please review these guidelines before booking:

1. For safety reasons, this activity is not suitable for travelers with heart conditions, serious medical issues, or back problems, and is not recommended for pregnant travelers.
2. Most travelers can join the fun, but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3. Only adults may operate a Jet Ski.
4. This is a private experience, meaning your group will have the Jet Skis all to yourselves.
5. Before heading out on the water, you’ll need to sign a liability waiver. If the waiver is not signed, participation will not be possible, and a 50% penalty of the total rate will apply.

Damages
We take great care of our Jet Skis and expect guests to do the same. Any damage during your rental will be billed at the repair or replacement cost. Severe damage that makes the Jet Ski unusable may require payment of its full value.

Weather Policy
For everyone’s safety, rentals may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to adverse weather. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best alternative time or provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
